We ship our elevator shoes worldwide. If your country is not available when you register, send us an email and we will register it.

Delivery Times

Approximate delivery time for in-stock items.

Mainland and Balearic Islands: Delivery time is usually between 1 and 2 business days for the mainland and between 2 and 4 for the Balearic Islands. We ship via courier service.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: To these destinations, we ship via Correos. Delivery times vary.

Europe: Delivery time is usually between 3 and 10 business days when using ground shipping. Express shipping takes between 24 and 48 business hours.

Other countries: Delivery time is usually between 3 and 5 business days. 

Import Taxes

If the delivery address is outside the European Union, import taxes may be applied by your country's authorities. We are not responsible for these taxes.
